The Client

Kelway is a global IT service and solutions provider. With its profile growing in the UK and internationally, Kelway has shifted its focus from selling ‘kit’ to selling solutions, managed services and cloud-based IT infrastructure in both the private and public sectors.

The Brief

Kelway’s existing website was essentially ‘brochure-ware’ and presented the company as the outsider and challenger it had once been, rather than the leading player it had become. Kelway wanted a website which would reflect the company’s new status. They also wanted to create an online portal for customers, with the aim of encouraging a much closer and more personal business-consumer relationship.

Our Response

Through the website, we wanted to reflect Kelway as an expert in the field. We achieved this through a clear presentation of their product and services portfolio, by highlighting relevant events/industry knowledge, and making it as easy as possible to contact Kelway to ‘take the conversation further’.

We also developed a two pronged digital ecosystem which provides customers with two joined up services – ServiceWorks and ServiceTrack. Enabling customers to monitor products and performance, ServiceWorks gives full real time visibility and control through an online platform. Enabling customers to order products across various devices, ServiceTrack provides ease of service and peace of mind.

The Results

The immediate results have been significant uplifts in visits to the website. In addition to providing a comprehensive explanation of the Kelway offering, the website will serve as a digital hub for social activity and events, and access to all Kelway portals – building customer awareness of Kelway’s growing offer and expertise.
